INSPECTION
Each building is carefully inspected for deterioration, chipping, flaking, structural cracks, and water damage to ensure the proper repairs will be performed.

TRENCHING
It is necessary to trench 4" to 6" around the foundation of the building where possible. It is done so that a primer can be applied to help prevent moisture permeation.

MASKING
Care is taken to cover all windows, doors, plants, pools, etc. This is to ensure protection of these areas during blasting and application of the texture coating.

SAND or WATER BLASTING
The blasting of the building is necessary to clean the surface of all oxidation, loose paint, plaster and open cracks.

PATCHING & REPAIR
An epoxy material is used to repair all imperfections. This insures a uniform surface.


PRIMER
A high grade sealer is used to help prevent moisture permeation. This helps to stop erosion.

TEXTURED COATING

TRIM PAINTING
